NOLA Oil Terminal is the Mississippi River’s closest liquid bulk terminal to the Gulf of Mexico, bringing substantial cost savings compared to other terminals up river. Additionally, this portion of the river has considerably less traffic making it much safer to navigate.

No Bridge Restricitions
NOLA Oil Terminal is not encumbered by having to navigate under existing bridge heights. We service Suezmax, Aframax, and Panamax vessels as well as oceangoing barges.
Pipeline Access
Our location provides access to several existing crude oil pipelines.
Storage Capacity
We can store and blend up to 10 million barrels of liquid materials.
Ship & Barge Docks
170,000 dwt (deadweight metric tons) at each ship dock and 12 barge tow docks.

Ship & Barge Docks
Servicing up to two New-Panamax vessels per week per dock. Three deepwater safe berths and one barge docks planned for initial construction phase, and one additional barge dock in future construction phases.

Storage Tanks
Capacity of up to 10 million barrels of crude oil and clean petroleum products with on-site blending, storage, and tank-to-tank transferring capabilities.

Pipeline
We have access to several existing crude oil pipelines from our terminal.
